Communications and Fundraising Administrator

Salary: £19,500 – £22,000 (FTE)
Hours: 18.75 hours a week (with flexible working hours and potential term-time arrangement)
Location: Home-based OR Innovista’s International Office, Oxford, UK
Closing Date: Friday 16 March 2018, 12 noon

The Communications and Fundraising Administrator will work efficiently and effectively to support income growth in ways that underpin the value that Innovista show to our amazing supporters. The successful applicant will be someone who is an ‘organised people-person’, passionate about mission, and willing to learn.

Regional Director, Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Salary: TBC, depending on location
Starting: January – February 2018

As Innovista grows, we’re looking for the new role of Regional Director to oversee the development of Innovista’s work across a number of countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. This role requires a dynamic combination of leadership, management and people development in a multi-cultural setting. The location is flexible for the right person, with international travel integral to the position.
