Join us for a transformational 3-day residential experience in the peaceful surroundings of Iasi in Romania. This is not a typical event or conference where you sit and absorb information. This is a leadership journey - immersive, relational, and deeply practical.

What we will cover
Over the three days we will go on a change journey that will give you an action plan for the change challenge you bring. That journey will include exploring motivation for change, how to engage those involved in the change, identifying and overcoming sources of resistance, and enabling change in yourself and others. All rooted in how the change you seek to bring fits into God’s mission.
