Ukraine: One Year On

The Ukrainian war has cast a long shadow over Ukraine, but find out how local Christian leaders have been supporting their communities at this time of great hardship and distress.
January 2023

Join us for an inspiring evening of stories from Ukraine, updates on Innovista’s response to the war and an overview of our vision for 2023.

Innovista has been working in Ukraine since 2003, training leaders to transform their communities with the hope of Jesus.

But all that changed on the 24th February 2022 when Russia launched a full scale invasion of Ukraine. Since then, Innovista has been supporting that same network of Christian leaders – and more – with grants to allow them to access essential supplies, with a mentoring tool to help families become more resilient, and with support to help them get through the winter.

Join us for an informal evening at St. Andrews where we will share the impact of this work with you as well as inspiring stories from Ukraine. We’ll also look forward and share our vision for leadership development in this new, more challenging context.

We hope to be joined by Ukraine National Director, Anatoliy Sapsay (subject to visa).

Canapes and drinks will be provided. Tickets are free but you’ll need to book your place using the eventbrite page.
