Anatoliy Sapsay

Anatoliy Sapsay (Tolik) is Innovista’s National Director of Ukraine, as well as being a senior pastor of a Baptist church in Lviv. He has an undergraduate degree in construction from Lviv Polytechnic University and a Master of Theology from UNISA (South African). Tolik also studied theology at Schloss Mittersill in Austria, as well as the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics in the UK. He has a background in church youth work and student ministry, which included participating on mission trips to Central Asia. Tolik also worked for a year in Kyiv Business School coordinating the International MBA programme. His primary focus for many years has been on helping pastors, leaders and church teams be more effective in their ministry. He lives in Lviv with his wife, Lesya, and their four children, and he enjoys music and being a sports (aeroplane) pilot.
