Becca Sweet

Becca is a Leadership Trainer with Innovista International based in England, and is on the leadership development team. She loves to help people do what they are called by God to do, and does this through providing training, coaching and resources to church and youth leaders in Great Britain. Enjoying how the brain works, she has a degree in biomedical science, and is interested in how faith and discipleship affects the brain; she specialises in youth, student and young adult ministry and worked previously helping students do mission with UCCF, and helping youth get into education, volunteering and careers with The Prince’s Trust charity.Becca runs the Essentials programme, our course for those doing ministry on estates in Great Britain, helps leaders map their community in order to understand the people and the context God has called them to, and develops mentoring resources to be used with youth. She also works on our Growing Women Leaders project, which aims to help women in all the countries we work in be released to use their gifts for God’s Kingdom. She joined Innovista in 2021 part time, as she also is an Assistant Minister at her local church. She’s married to Dan, loves living in Brighton and all the things that come with that – beach, sea, art and hipster coffee.
