Jason is the International Director of Innovista. He started working for a student ministry in 1998, where he was in charge of forming a leadership team focused on mission to post-Soviet states, which then became Innovista two years later (and an independent charity in 2005). Jason has a degree in Business Management from the University of Bath, and a Master of Divinity in Theology and Leadership from Bethel Seminary, St Paul. He has dedicated his life to identifying, training and developing leaders who have grown up in the least resourced places. Passionate about enabling leaders to fulfil their potential for Christ, Jason firmly believes that those who are called should be equipped. As well as being an experienced trainer, coach and adviser, he has served as a Christian youth worker, and has spoken in many different church settings. He lives in Oxford with his wife, Rachel, and his daughter, Emily, and enjoys good coffee, windsurfing, and serving as Chairman of the Board of OXSRAD, a local disability and sport hub.
