Jonah Mitchell

Jonah is the Philanthropy Officer at Innovista. He graduated with a degree in Theology from University of Chester, focusing his dissertation on Jesus’ teaching on prayer. Before joining Innovista, Jonah worked at Welcome Churches as fundraising manager, raising support to help refugees integrate into local UK churches. With previous experience leading in youth and young adults ministries, he loves helping young people work out what faith in Jesus means in their context. Jonah has always played football and has a heart for seeing sport used as a cross-cultural ministry tool globally. Having spent most of his life in Belfast, he has also spent four years living in England and USA. He loves getting to play with his baby daughter, be inspired by the stories of influential Christians, and discover how things work. Jonah is currently living in Boston, USA, with his young family.
