From there, an experienced Innovista trainer will facilitate a tailored workshop for your team. Together, you’ll work on the most important areas for your team, so that your growth serves your purpose.
With the facilitation taken care of, you’ll be free to contribute as part of the team.
Team development is an ongoing process. So, you’ll also have clear next steps and practical ways to continue your growth together.

Team Development is for leadership teams in churches, charities and other purpose-driven organisations.
Each team member takes around 15 minutes to fill in the Innovista Team Assessment.

Together, you will develop in the areas that are most important for your team, so that the team leads more effectively.
Costs depend on the location and duration of the workshop. Some bursaries are available.
