Rachel Coural

Rachel has been involved with Innovista Ireland in a volunteer capacity since 2014, but officially joined the team in 2021, working from home on the Causeway Coast. Her career path includes working with student Christian Unions, church planting in France and training call centre agents. Rachel isn’t sure how it happened, but she also works for an engineering firm despite being a maths-avoider her whole life; thankfully her role is in Employee Development.She enjoys painting and sketching, breathing in the sea air and trying out new coffee shops with husband Christophe and their two small children.
