Lucy has worked in the Not for Profit sector for over twenty years. With a passion for communication and relationship-building, she loves to deepen the connection between supporters and the work their gifts make happen. Based in the East Midlands near Stamford, Lucy is married to Matt and they have two sons. She loves to sit in the sunshine listening to a podcast, or by the fire watching a film. Lucy leads a bible group for teenage girls at her church and is Foundation Governor at the primary school her boys attended.
